Getting Started

Welcome to www.JamesTurner.com, a partnership of James Turner Productions and Iguana Moon Productions.
We pride ourselves on complete dedication to the live entertainment industry and all its
facets. We have a multitude of features that you'll want to familiarize yourself with to make the
most of our software. This sheet is a list of initial setup items that are needed to maximize
productivity for you. Depending on your level of service, not all aspects will be available to you

| Initial Setup: |

Register on the site. By registering, you will be choosing a password and giving
us contact information so that we can always get in touch with you for problem resolution.
Read the Terms and Conditions. Lawyers insist.
Select a plan that suits your needs. Go to the About James Turner Production section to find a complete
listing of the features and benefits that are appropriate for you.

| Promotional Kit Setup: |
|
Make sure and provide a photo. For a limited time, subscribers are eligible for a
site visit in which a representative will visit you and take digital photographs for use on the site.
Edit your
profile.
This is the text that will appear in your online profile. It also
includes specifics that you will want to fill out so we can better assist you.
Send in or upload additional materials. These include additional photos, Venue-specific
materials (directions, menu, reviews, etc), and Performer-specific materials (audio files,
MPEG videos, songlist, reviews, biographies, etc). Virtually anything that you feel would
be of interest may be added to the site and displayed either as profile-level items or
within a gallery of miscellaneous additional items. (Currently, we are assisting in setup,
so please send these materials as an attachment in an email to support@iguanamoon.com.

| Mailing List Setup: |
|
An initial mailing list is set up for you titled "My Mailing List". However, feel free
to add more lists, perhaps by interest or geography.
Gather email addresses. When patrons are present, collect email addresses by circulating
a sign-up sheet, or encouraging patrons to sign up online. Promote the benefits of this by
reminding them that this will allow you to send them reminders and notices of special events
that they may be interested in.
Send your email blast prior to events or on a weekly basis. This is a proven method of
reaching the key patrons that already have an interest in you and can be encouraged back on
a regular basis.

| Calendar Management: |
|
Make sure to add events as they come up. Patrons will return to your site more frequently
if they know its current and provides a real value for them.
Be sure to add special events, such as Private engagements, blackout dates,
food and drink specials, and any other events that you want to note. If you
choose to publish them, they'll show up on your calendar.
